I am firmly committed to creating a community where everyone has access to all that they need for their well-being. It is my desire to be elected to the District Health Board to help lead and advance the future of health services in Canterbury.
Prior to my current employment at Problem Gambling Foundation, I led the Peer Education Team at Family Planning. I am qualified in Psychology and have a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Health. As local Chairperson of Youthline, and a trustee at both 198 Youth Health Centre and Canterbury Youth Workers Collective, I have a passion for child and youth health and will advocate for improved services which will keep our families/whanau healthy.

If elected, I will add fresh energy to revitalising service planning and ensuring quality and safety in the provision of services. I promise to work actively towards improving access to high quality, efficient services, reducing waiting lists, and reducing inequalities in health.
